The United States team, consisting of Michael Phelps, Garrett Weber-Gale, Cullen Jones and Jason Lezak won France by only 0.08 seconds with a timing of 3:08.24 in 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay. The US team also broke its own World record with the impressive result. Australian team took the bronze with 3:09.91.
