New Rules For Beijing Drivers

CCTV9 clip about the new rules for driving in Beijing. These odd days/even days driving laws were tested last summer, and are now going into effect. This is a great plan, and should improve both the air quality and the awful traffic in Beijing!
Beijing already has good public transit, it’s quite cheap and easy to navigate even for someone with limited Chinese.
