Clear Skies For Beijing Olympic Opening Ceremony?

The possibility of raining during the Beijing Olympic opening ceremony has decreased from the initial 47-50% to 41%. This is good news but other inclement weather conditions such as high temperatures, thunderstorms and muggy skies can still plague the Olympics.
